Verification notes: Correction this pass: this listing's name was stale. Google announced 'Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform' on April 22, 2026 at Google Cloud Next 2026 as the rebrand and evolution of Vertex AI, absorbing Agentspace and superseding the 'Vertex AI Agent Builder' name — Google's own current product page (cloud.google.com/products/gemini-enterprise-agent-platform) is titled 'Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform (formerly Vertex AI)' and no longer uses 'Vertex AI Agent Builder' as an active sub-brand; the no-code builder is now called Agent Studio and the code-first path is the Agent Development Kit (ADK). Google states existing Agent Builder services moved under the new umbrella without requiring customer migration, so the underlying product and its capabilities are unchanged — only the public-facing name was stale here, not the technical claims. A2A remains confirmed and in production on Agent Engine, governed by the Linux Foundation since the June 2025 donation. Cloud API Registry — the MCP integration surface, natively covering BigQuery and Google Maps plus custom MCP servers via Apigee — is still labeled 'Preview,' not GA, unchanged from the prior review; treat MCP support as real but not yet fully mature. Re-checked this pass: Google Cloud's own docs (last updated August 2026) still label Cloud API Registry as Preview, not GA. No flag changes.
