Verification notes: Re-checked this pass. ServiceNow has folded its MCP/A2A support into what it now documents as 'Action Fabric': an MCP Server Console exposing ServiceNow capabilities to external AI clients, an MCP Client letting ServiceNow agents call external MCP tools, and A2A for peer-to-peer collaboration between agents. A2A support is now on the Zurich Patch 4 release line (Yokohama Patch 11 to follow in January), up from the December '25 release cited previously. Both mcp and a2a flags remain true and are unaffected by the rename from 'AI Agent Fabric.' Re-checked again this pass: the Action Fabric naming and three-part structure are unchanged and still current per ServiceNow's own community documentation. Additional context found this pass: ServiceNow governs this surface through AI Control Tower, its agent-governance product, with an AI Gateway component specifically responsible for policing MCP traffic — relevant for a security evaluator assessing what oversight wraps the Action Fabric endpoints, though AI Control Tower isn't broken out as its own listing here. No flag changes. Re-checked 2026-09-28: AI Control Tower and AI Gateway are now independently corroborated via ServiceNow's own newsroom rather than community docs alone — a May 5, 2026 press release describes AI Control Tower's five capabilities (Discover, Observe, Govern, Secure, Measure, incorporating the Traceloop and Veza acquisitions) and a distinct AI Gateway specifically for governing MCP transactions. A ServiceNow Community article confirms MCP protocol version 2025-06-18 and A2A protocol v0.3 shipped together in Zurich Patch 4, with A2A interoperability tested against Google Vertex AI, AWS Bedrock, and Microsoft Azure AI Foundry. No flag changes.
